After many months of planning, tonight we wrapped up the final module of the initial “How To Beat Anxiety” program.
I am SO appreciative of the many people that jumped on board and joined our interactive discussions on anxiety and provided very valuable feedback.
I want to thank each and every one of you for your valuable feedback, questions and interaction during our teleconferences!
For those of you who weren’t able to make it, here’s a quick recap of what we were able to cover in great detail:
If you subscribe to my newsletter today you received notice that I have opened registration for my “How To Beat Anxiety” interactive webinar educational series that begins on Monday, August 23rd.
This is stuff I’ve never taught before and the sessions will be highly interactive. I will be looking for your feedback and questions to help drive the direction of the discussions and lessons, so if there’s something you want to know about anxiety and stress, we’ll probably get it covered!
Please note I have to limit this course to 60 people in order to keep it as interactive and productive as possible. Sign up today, once the course is full I will have to close registration.
Click here to reserve your spot!
Looking forward to starting the course next week!
Cheers,
Steve
For those of you who haven’t been following me very long, I like to share things I come across that give all of us something to think about and can help to make our lives easier.
Anything that helps us gain perspective and keep the little things from bugging us too much is always helpful, and the Wall Street Journal recently published a story about the ever-revolving job market that I wanted to plug.
We like to blow things out of proportion and make “a mountain out of a mole hill” as my mom would say, when really if we just took a step back to cool off and look at the big picture, we’d see how meaningless these little things really are.
With the economy in the toilet many people are stuck in jobs they hate, which can be incredibly frustrating. By remembering that such situations aren’t forever and that change could be just around the corner, you create a much healthier perspective and optimistic outlook.
And here’s my segue… this can apply to just about anything in life you’re stuck doing!
Cheers,
Steve

Any of you that have read my book or talked with me about anxiety know what a huge Tony Robbins fan I am. Before I had my problems motivational speakers and life coaches like Tony really didn’t appeal to me. But once I began to struggle in daily life, it’s amazing how much sense he and others started to make!
Tonight Tony has a new show premiering on NBC called “Breakthrough” and I definitely will be checking it out. From the video previews on his website it certainly looks interesting and inspiring, which is pretty much standard for anything he produces.
Seems a big part of the show will be motivating people to face their worst fears, which I believe is the most empowering thing ANY of us can do. Be sure to check it out, I’m sure there’s plenty we all can learn from it!
Cheers,
Steve
P.S. I hope you’re enjoying the new website!

Phew!
It’s been a crazy couple of months planning the new launch of the website, and so far, so good!
I’m still hard at work adding more content and functionality, so if you spot something that’s not working correctly, please let me know via comments! There is much more on the way…
Cheers,
Steve
