"Limits, like most fears, are just illusions".
Last week one of the greatest basketball players of all time, Michael Jordan, was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. As he wrapped up his speech, this message was one of the last things he shared with the audience. But you don't have to be a superstar athlete to benefit from Michael's message.
Anyone can improve their quality of life by taking this advice.
Sometimes we forget that our heroes are human, and that they also have to deal with the same problems that you and I do. However, much of the success that people like Michael Jordan achieve is due to their willingness to constantly push themselves beyond what they think is possible, and to leave their comfort zone.
This is something that we're all capable of - facing and overcoming our fears and self-limiting beliefs. The more you push yourself beyond what you think is possible, the more your reality expands. New possibilities emerge, your self-confidence grows, and you begin to realize you really are capable of anything you put your mind to.
So get out there today and push yourself beyond your comfort zone. You will be rewarded with new found freedom and confidence.
Cheers!
