Submitting
I've had panic attacks now for 3 years, with some success here and there in overcoming them. I seem to get rid of them for a few months, and then something happens and I'm right back where I started
But something that's helped me especially when I have to fly is just giving up or submitting to my anxiety. I tell myself I'm just going to give up, and the anxiety can go ahead and just take over and do whatever it wants. I guess I stop trying to fight it is what I am meaning to say.
The weird thing is, this usually works for me quite well when I'm stuck somewhere, especially on a plane.

I've read about this technique somewhere too. I guess if it's worked for somebody it's worth a shot
I think I've inadvertently done this as well myself. A few times I've been stuck on long car rides and been panicking, and after a while I just sort of gave up on trying to fight the panic and let it take over. Weird thing is it never did
