How To Calm Yourself Down Naturally And Conquer Your Fears
If you know how to calm yourself down naturally and conquer your fears, life sure will be a lot easier for you! Everybody has their fears. For some it’s flying, for others it’s public speaking, dating, or many other social-based phobias. But how do you face and conquer these fears? Most people feel they’re not strong enough to face their fears, and don’t know how they would calm themselves down and muster up the courage to face their fears.
In this video I discuss some strategies for facing your fears and learning how to calm yourself down and conquer your fears and nerves.
Learning how to relax without the aid of medication can be a daunting task, believe me, I know! For so many of us it’s been literally years since we’ve been able to reach a state of relaxation and inner peace, and we often start to think we can never get back to that without artificial help such as drugs or alcohol. But it certainly can be done. While millions of people suffer from debilitating anxiety and phobias, millions have also been able to recover and free themselves from being dependent upon medication.
There is always hope, so don’t ever give up.

Steve

Steve,
I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your contributions towards ending anxiety for folks like us. I have suffered for over 10 years and am just now starting your book. I am very skeptical of quick fix its as I have tried many over the years.
The one thing I love about your book is how scientific you are. As an engineer I really appreciate this. It’s loaded with so many facts that have come straight from experience and research. Many of these I could parrot right back to you because I have also learned them the hard way myself. Thanks again for the excellent contributions.
God Bless,
patrick
Hi Patrick,

I would like to thank you for doing this for people. I just joined and I have been suffering with Panic and Anxiety for years, which is why I ended my firefighter career after 20 years, and my marriage suffered from them as well. I can’t believe that I’m going to say this but I am excited for the next attack to try this breathing technique.
