triumph 2 Woo hoo!After many months of planning, tonight we wrapped up the final module of the initial “How To Beat Anxiety” program.

I am SO appreciative of the many people that jumped on board and joined our interactive discussions on anxiety and provided very valuable feedback.

I want to thank each and every one of you for your valuable feedback, questions and interaction during our teleconferences!

For those of you who weren’t able to make it, here’s a quick recap of what we were able to cover in great detail:

 

Module 1 – The Heat of the Moment
Many people have asked me how to calm themselves down and de-stress when they start feeling anxious and their mind begins to race.  We discussed  many techniques to address this.

Module 2 – Change Your Life
We covered the long-term lifestyle changes you can make to greatly reduce stress and anxiety in your life.   Some of these are VERY surprising and simple!

Module 3 – Introduction to Meditation
Many people are curious but intimidated about meditation and other relaxation techniques, so we dove head-first into it with many different examples on how to get started.

Module 4 – Q&A
I received hundreds of questions via email throughout the entire program, wrapped things up things by dedicating an entire session to going through and answering your specific questions.
I will now be going back to the drawing board to improve the next version of my “How To Beat Anxiety” program.
